Assist in the creation of 2D and/or 3D animations, motion graphics, and visual effects for projects.

Collaborate with senior animators, designers, and creative leads to execute project briefs and maintain visual consistency.

Support the production pipeline by preparing assets, cleaning up animations, and ensuring timely delivery of tasks.

Participate in storyboarding, character design, rigging, and environment creation as needed.

Edit, refine, and finalize animation sequences to meet quality and creative standards.

Stay up to date with emerging animation trends, tools, and techniques.

Maintain proper file management, documentation, and backups of all animation work.

Provide support during live projects, including rendering, troubleshooting, and last-minute adjustments.

Bachelor’s degree (or diploma) in Animation, Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Media Arts, or a related field.

Proven experience or internship in animation or motion design (portfolio required).

Proficiency in animation software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Animate, Blender, Toon Boom, or Maya.

Strong illustration and design skills (digital or traditional).

Understanding of animation principles (timing, spacing, squash and stretch, anticipation, etc.).

Basic knowledge of video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).

Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.
